YOGA
I cannot help but to share my love for the practice of yoga; about being present with our breath, to be more grateful for our lives, and more loving towards each other.
I believe in the good of people. In second chances. In forgiveness. I believe in believing in yourself before you believe in others. I believe everything is a great pot of mystery with a lot of magic in it.
And I believe the right teacher appears to the student when the student is ready at some level, to open their mind, listen to their heart and to be willing to receive the teachings of the teacher.
I teach many different modalities or paths, that guide you to the one truth inside. I teach you how to calm your mind and to use your breath to tap into the present moment. I teach how to safely practice the asanas, the postures of yoga, while informing you of the physiology of the body and the many benefits of yoga. And I like to make yoga as fun as I can! Great music, good intentions and energy.
I can help you find where you are at and to feel comfortable there, while we work on moving beyond the numbing effects of forgetting and seeking. The goal is to find Balance. Contentment.
