Sound Healing

What is it?
Given that everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, it makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel. That's why particular songs and types of music often bring about specific types of emotions from us.
Sound Healing is an ancient meditative practice that uses different musical implements created by a variety of overtone-emitting instruments including gongs, shruti box, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, guitar, drums, flute, and voice - depending on the sound bath journey, to create healing vibrations around the body in a meditative state. -
How Does It Work?
A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes.
During a sound healing session, after setting an intention and a few minutes of guided focus, you'll typically lie down on the floor or a yoga mat, perhaps cuddle up with a cozy blanket, and simply listen up as a practitioner plays a variety of instruments and you "bathe" in the soothing sounds and vibrations.

What Are The Benefits?
The sounds introduced during a Sound Bath are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and to gain perspective on what’s going with you. The goal of the experience is to slow down brain waves to a deeply restorative state, which activates the body's system of self-healing. The tonal frequencies bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony.
