My Brothers Visit To USA

It was such a blessing to have my beloved brother and best friend James visit from Brazil. He arrived and went from the airport straight to Atha to practice Anuttara Raja with his little sister leading the way. He was amazed by the philosophy and beauty of the playlist, words and space.

As every good visitor to the United States, he wanted to go shopping the following day- which with a lot of energy and patience we did! We went to the outlets where he could buy things that my 4 yr old nephew Noah will enjoy a lot.

I took him to dinner to my favorite vegan restaurant called Christopher’s Kitchen in Palm Beach Gardens. We enjoyed it so much. The following day, we enjoyed the gorgeous Riviera Beach.

We had a weekend away with other friends where we practiced brotherhood, love and harmony. Yoga- breath work and music. Our souls are so happy! To give ourselves an opportunity to stop and take all the beauty in!

Family is such a big part my life. It is part of what we are and who we choose to be with. It is a way of blessing our ancestors presence.

Currently Planned Retreats…

My upcoming retreats for the remainder of this year are:

October 12-15, 2023 - Delray Beach, FL

A wonderful unique location. This retreat will be for a small, limited number of people and will include my specially planned days and evenings of yoga, music, wellness and education. All levels of practitioners that wish to be part of something new and exciting are welcomed! This retreat is a shorter version of the other international retreats that I conduct, and a perfect opportunity for locals to immerse yourselves in the bliss of life without having to travel far.

December 16-21,2023 Costa Rica, Playa Hermosa

This retreat is a return to beautiful Playa Hermosa, located on the pacific coast side of Costa Rica. Playa Hermosa has proven to be a popular destination for my retreats, as it is in an ideal location close to the beach, excellent yoga facilities, swimming pools, comfortable accommodations and excellent vegan meals. In 2024 I’ll be introducing two new retreat locations:

Caribbean side of Costa Rica

Pacific Side of Nicaragua

I'm in the process of finalizing retreat details for 2024 and will post them on my website shortly, including sign up and deposit options.

As of right now, 2024 is looking like:

April 2024 - Nicaragua
June 2024 - Local retreat in Florida
September 2024 - Costa Rica, Caribbean side
November 2024 - Costa Rica, Playa Hermosa

Local South Florida Events In August and September

The month of August is a special one as I am celebrating my Solar Return on August 16th and feel very happy to celebrate it with you!

I will be offering Women's Circles to strengthen our sisterhood connection with light yoga and techniques to utilize our breath as the conduit of healthier living, with my dearest friend and teacher Natalie.

August 20th at Atha Yoga Shala in Delray Beach.

My partner James Sanborn and I will be holding a Ceremonial Musical Prayer , filled with great music and laughter, Cacao ceremony and sound-bath.

September 10th at Casamannabliss in Delray.

FINDING LIGHT

Releasing on my birthday, August 16th!!

It is a selection of songs I have been blessed to received by Great Spirit.

I hope these songs can bring joy and more harmony to your heart and life.

It is a compilation of 14 songs and will be available on a variety of music platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music etc.
