My birthday celebration with you!

It was such a gift to have my mother Angelica and my father Luciano visiting and taking care of my little kitty boy Varuna while I traveled to Costa Rica on my studies.

My mother was here for my surprise birthday celebration- which was such a phenomenal gathering of friends and students.!!!

Thank you Anita for organizing such remarkable birthday for me- with all your dedication and love, and thank you to everyone else that helped manifest this amazing birthday party experience!

…And thank you to James, my partner, with the music and your beautiful presence!

…And thank you to Suzanne Boyd and Michael Ralby for being foundation donors towards the party!

…And thank you to all of you who gave me such wonderful gifts!

Words cannot express enough, my thanks and gratitude to all of you who were a part of my birthday event. It was wonderful to celebrate at ATHA where I teach, where we have built a beautiful community, and where I can give back to the place I call home.

Currently Planned Retreats…

My upcoming retreats for the remainder of this year are:

October 12-15, 2023 - Delray Beach, FL

This is a wonderful unique location that I chose for a a small, limited number of people. This retreat is a shorter version of the other international retreats that I conduct, and a perfect opportunity for Delray Beach locals to immerse yourselves in the bliss of life without having to travel far. The program includes my specially planned days and evenings of yoga, music, wellness, and education for all levels of practitioners.

As of this writing, the retreat is fully booked, but if you have interest in coming during the day to participate in the program activities, please contact me.

December 16-21,2023 Costa Rica, Playa Hermosa

This retreat is a return to beautiful Playa Hermosa, located on the pacific coast side of Costa Rica. Playa Hermosa has proven to be a popular destination for my retreats. It’s in an ideal location close to the beach, it has excellent yoga facilities, swimming pools and comfortable accommodations, and the vegan meals are excellent!

In 2024 I’ll be introducing two new retreat locations:

Caribbean side of Costa Rica

Pacific Side of Nicaragua

I will be traveling to Nicaragua on September 23-26th to look at 3 different amazing private locations for next year. All of these locations were picked with a lot of love to serve the purpose I wish to gift you with: A life changing experience!

I'm in the process of finalizing retreat details for 2024 and will post them on my website shortly, including sign up and deposit options.

As of right now, 2024 is looking like:

April 2024 - Nicaragua
June 2024 - Local retreat in Florida
September 2024 - Costa Rica, Caribbean side
November 2024 - Costa Rica, Playa Hermosa

Local South Florida Events in September and October

The month of September has been very busy with events and classes. I am still teaching some Mondays at the Cornell Art Museum, Old School Square in Delray Beach.

James and I had the best time at Casamannabliss in Delray Beach for our musical prayer on September 10th. Thank you for all that came!

I’m offering Women's Circles with my dearest friend and teacher Natalie, to strengthen our sisterhood connection with light yoga and techniques to utilize our breath as the conduit of healthier living.

3rd December at Atha Yoga Shala in Delray Beach.

Atha Yoga Shala & Foundation

The Shala has renovated the heated room and both bathrooms!

The heated room was painted, a new floor installed, the heaters are all working, and a new alter has been built. The room is absolutely amazing!

The men’s and women’s bathrooms were beautifully renovated and look/feel so clean!

Come, enjoy and practice with me!

My Studies in Costa Rica

I had the best time going to Costa Rica for 5 days and learning more about music and community living!

I’m keeping with my up going spiritual journey and celebrating nature and new friends!

Community makes us feel supported, connected and part of a bigger plan. We get to meet new people and create relationship’s that will bring us into a space of more service, caring for others, and being mindful of our purpose to the collective.

Be part of this community. Attend classes, participate in events, come on a retreat! Learn, grow, commune. Become more vulnerable, get out of your comfort zone and allow yourself to do new things. Your community is a safe place for you to call home!
